Offer picker and current pricing — one page for a live call.

How to use this

  1. Run discovery (the guided form) — understand the work, states, deadline, qualifier situation before quoting.
  2. Pick the offer (Section 1) — first match wins.
  3. Quote the starting price (Section 2) — these are starting CCA fees; government/exam/vendor fees are extra and passed through at cost.
  4. Log it in the tracker; if it says Rose, flag Rose the same day.
Prices are from the current client price list (Aug 2026) — ranges, not final quotes. They are CCA service fees only. Government filing fees, exam fees, bonds, insurance, and vendor costs (credit/background checks, postage) are separate and billed at cost. Multi-state, enterprise, franchise, and white-label are always custom — Rose quotes. Never promise a client they qualify or that a license will be approved — that's a determination, not a sale.

Section 3

Requirements — where to get the real answer

  • Requirements (what a contractor needs in a given state/license) come from CCA's verified compliance matrix — check it, don't guess from memory.
  • Keep state requirements and city/county (local) requirements separate — local rules are in addition to state.
  • If you don't have a verified answer, say so and log the question. Use the line: "I want to make sure I give you the right answer — let me confirm and get back to you by [date]." Never guess a regulatory requirement.
Section 4

Say it the CCA way

  • Meet them where they are. Understand the contractor before recommending anything.
  • Don't take the requested license at face value. Ask what work they actually do.
  • Capture answers in their words. Don't fill gaps with assumptions.
  • Recommendation, not a determination. No promises about qualifying, approval, or a final price.
  • Unsure? Route to Rose.

Prices are versioned baselines, not final quotes; internal pricing logic is confidential and not shared with clients. Verify current figures before sending.
