Sales Team Interim Kit

Lead worklist tracker + offer picker to use while SalesCoreOS is built.

How to use this today

The play for right now

  1. Run every new lead through the guided discovery form. Paste its summary into the lead's record.
  2. Track every lead in the worklist (Section 1) so nothing slips and everyone can see who owns what.
  3. Use the offer picker (Section 2) to land on a consistent recommended offer — and know when it must go to Rose. Full pricing lives in the Sales Quick Reference.
Leads are not lost. They already land in Cliq + email. This kit is about working them consistently — not capturing them. Keep using Cliq/email as the source; this tracker is your shared working view.

Lead worklist tracker

Create one shared sheet (Google Sheets or Zoho Sheet). Use exactly these columns and picklists — they match the fields the new app will use, so migration is clean.

Paste-ready header row (CSV)

Paste this into row 1 of a new sheet, then split text to columns by comma:

Date In,Company,Contact,Email,Phone,Source,Campaign,Trade,States,Owner,Stage,Status,Health,Suggested Offer,Rose Review?,Next Action,Next Action Date,Last Touch,Discovery Done?,Notes

Simple team rules

  • Claim before you work it: put your name in Owner so two reps don't double-work a lead.
  • Every row always has a Next Action + date. No blanks — that's how leads die.
  • Overdue = red. Conditional-format Next Action Date: past due → red fill.
  • Run discovery, then paste the summary into Notes (or link it).
  • If the offer picker says "Rose," set Rose Review? = Yes and flag Rose the same day.
Section 2

Offer picker — one page

After discovery, read the answers top-to-bottom. First match wins — stop at the first row that fits. This is a starting recommendation, not a final decision, and never a determination that the client qualifies.

10Sensitive, pricing exception, founder-connected, or nothing above fitsManual Rose ReviewYES
Deadline override (applies to any row): if there's a hard deadline — bid, contract award, work start, or a board/application date — within about 30 days, mark the lead Hot and set Rose Review? = Yes regardless of the offer. A tight deadline never sits in a routine queue.

Ground rules (say them the CCA way)

  • Meet them where they are. Understand the contractor before recommending anything.
  • Don't take the requested license at face value. Ask what work they actually do.
  • Capture answers in their words. Don't fill gaps with assumptions.
  • This is a recommendation, not a determination. No promises about qualifying, approval, or final price.
  • If you're unsure — route to Rose. Row 10 exists for exactly that.

Offer names match the new system exactly: Preliminary Compliance Exposure Review · Compliance Risk Audit · Multi-State Expansion Roadmap · Licensing Application Support · Renewal / Monitoring Program · Qualifier Support · Contractor Growth / Vendor Readiness · Enterprise Compliance Desk · Manual Rose Review.

Section 3

What's NOT in this kit yet

  • Prices & per-state requirements. Those are real business data — they'll come as a separate quick-reference once the actual numbers and verified requirements are provided. Nothing here invents a price or a requirement.
  • Live syncing. The tracker and discovery form don't auto-sync. The rule stays: run discovery, paste the summary into the record. The rebuild replaces this with a real, persistent app.
  • The old demo app. If anyone opens the current SalesCoreOS site, treat it as reference only — its leads are sample data and edits don't save. Do not work real leads there.
